To convert a JPG file on Windows, first transfer the HEIC file you want to convert to JPG. After that, open that specific file, and it will open in your Photos app, then push the right click on the photo and click on Save As. Now select the folder where you want to save your HEIC file. Then click the Save As option just below the screen. There, you will see all the available options through which you can convert your file. In that option, you will see the JPG option.
