Scholarship Overview

This is a need-based scholarship; your academic marks do not matter. You’ll receive €8,000 per year—a substantial amount for Pakistani students.

• Bachelor’s (3 years): €24,000 total (~80 lakh PKR)
• Master’s (2 years): €16,000 total (~53 lakh PKR)
  Note: If you extend your degree (e.g., by 1–2 semesters), you receive half the annual amount during the extension period.

Key Benefits

1. Tuition Fee Waiver:
   Your tuition fees are fully covered. You only pay a small regional tax (administrative fee), typically €16–200 (most pay €16).
   Eligibility: Public universities in Italy only.
2. Accommodation Support:
   • If you use university dorms/cafeterias, €2,000 is deducted from your annual scholarship.
   • If you arrange private accommodation, no deduction is made (manage costs within the €8,000).
     No separate accommodation stipend is provided.

Eligibility Criteria

1. University Admission: You must be admitted to any of Italy’s 40–50 public universities.
2. Family Income Limit: Combined annual income of blood relatives (parents/siblings) must be under €27,000 (~90 lakh PKR).
   • Most Pakistani families qualify without documentation adjustments.
3. Required Documents:
   • ISEE certificate (issued later via CAF office in Italy)
   • Family property certificates
   • Bank maintenance statements
     Applications lacking these documents will be rejected.

Italy has 20 regions, each with its own scholarship program. Deadlines and application portals vary. Check your university’s website to identify its regional scholarship and deadlines. Major regional scholarship names will now appear on-screen.

Application Process

1. Apply Online: Monitor scholarship announcements on your university’s website.
2. Submit Details: Fill in personal information and upload all required documents.
3. Provisional Shortlisting: If initially selected, you’ll receive a number and have 10 days to amend missing details.
