Scholarship Overview
This is a need-based scholarship; your academic marks do not matter. You’ll receive €8,000 per year—a substantial amount for Pakistani students.
- Bachelor’s (3 years): €24,000 total (~80 lakh PKR)
- Master’s (2 years): €16,000 total (~53 lakh PKR)
Note: If you extend your degree (e.g., by 1–2 semesters), you receive half the annual amount during the extension period.
Key Benefits
- Tuition Fee Waiver:
Your tuition fees are fully covered. You only pay a small regional tax (administrative fee), typically €16–200 (most pay €16).
Eligibility: Public universities in Italy only. - Accommodation Support:
- If you use university dorms/cafeterias, €2,000 is deducted from your annual scholarship.
- If you arrange private accommodation, no deduction is made (manage costs within the €8,000).
No separate accommodation stipend is provided.
Eligibility Criteria
- University Admission: You must be admitted to any of Italy’s 40–50 public universities.
- Family Income Limit: Combined annual income of blood relatives (parents/siblings) must be under €27,000 (~90 lakh PKR).
- Most Pakistani families qualify without documentation adjustments.
- Required Documents:
- ISEE certificate (issued later via CAF office in Italy)
- Family property certificates
- Bank maintenance statements
Applications lacking these documents will be rejected.

Application Process
