So let me tell you that this scholarship is for both Master’s and PhD students. Suppose if you are going for a Master’s, then your Bachelor’s degree should be complete, or your 16 years of education should be complete. Many students have a two-year Bachelor’s degree, and then they do a two-year Master’s degree. So this will be a combination of your Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and your 16 years of education should be complete.
Fresh graduates will be encouraged.
