Australia Award Scholarship Overview
Those candidates who want to apply for Australia Award Scholarship then you have to gain a score of 6.5 in IES or 79 in TOEFL then you can apply for this scholarship. You can do your Masters by going to Australia and you will get full funded benefits in it. After that you will get air free. Along with that, you will be given allowance for accommodation. You will get a stipend and health insurance will be provided to you.

Application Deadline Reminder
And then the response from many students came that if you can fill and show us the portal on this. If you give me a demo of it, it will become very good. Its deadline is 30th April. There is very little time left. So without any delay you can open this portal and then apply. I have attached the link in the description.
Portal Registration Process
When you open it, this window will open in front of you. First of all, you will have to apply that. You have to register yourself. When you register, within half an hour you will receive an email in which your password will be sent. Then if you log in, a window like this will open in which you have to apply for the scholarship.
Personal Details Section
In this we have different check lists in which we have personal details, contact details, spouse details, children details. Further, we have 19 checklists which we have to complete. Let’s go towards first. First we get personal details like what is your title? Is it Mr., Miss or whatever? Then your family name i.e. your surname. Then you have to put your given name here. And then you will put your date of birth here. You will write your place of birth here. will write gender. Will write Country of Citizenship. And then it will tell you if you have dual citizenship or not. He should put it in. Which country are you living in? You will have to disclose this or if you have applied for any PR or citizenship in Australia or New Zealand then you will have to disclose it here. Further, you have to write your NIC number, which is your CNIC card number, here and if you have your passport with you then you can write it here. Then, when one of your checklist is completed, then you have to save it and open the next one.
Contact Details Section
The next checklist that we have that is opening is of your contact details. In the contact details, first of all they will ask you for the residential address in which you have to give your address. After that you have to tell which province or state you are in. Which is your city? What is your postal code? And which country you live in. You can see here that I have ticked one place. If your residential and mailing address are the same then tick it. Otherwise you will have to put your mailing address here. I have both of them so that’s why I have ticked here. I don’t have to put any further address. Then they ask you for your home number, your mobile phone number, your workplace number and the email address you use. If you have any alternate email, please put it here. This also is done for you. So you have to do this next. This action will be saved for you.
Spouse and Children Details
Further, you have to put all the details in the checklist that is coming to you. Your spouse’s details. If you are married, then you will put all the details of your spouse here. If you are not married then you will mark it as not applicable and move on to the next option. The next checklist that will come to you is the details of your children. That means, if you have children then you can put their details. And if not, then you will have to mark it as Not Applicable and further save this information also.
Emergency Contact Information
The next trick list that comes to you is at number five, that is Emergency Contact Details. In case of any emergency, your contact details should be available in which I have put my brother’s details here. You can put his son’s name, his given name and then what is my relationship with him/her. Here you can put the relation of anyone, your father’s, your mother’s, your sister’s, anyone. Then you can put their phone numbers and their mobile number or email and after that you can put here their residential address where they live. If you do this, you have to save it and go to the next page.
Previous Scholarship Details
In the next checklist, if you have any details related to your previous scholarship, then you can put its details in it. Once again, if you do not have any scholarship then you will not apply for it. But if you have any scholarship then you will get the option to add it here. If you add this then you will get options as to when your date was, when did it start, when did it end and what was the award title or institute. I don’t have any scholarship. So that is why I have marked it not applicable. Further details regarding scholarship applications will be put here as to what other scholarship are you going to apply for this year. Here you have to write its details, apart from this, if you are applying for any scholarship this year then you can write its details. Have you previously applied for a DFAT scholarship but were unsuccessful? If you have applied for this scholarship and you have been unsuccessful then you will say yes. Otherwise, if you are applying for the first time then you will click No here and then put your information further.
Proposed Study Program
We have the propose study program, next our window will open. Here you can see that a new window is opening. In this, what you have to do is that when you are doing research for this scholarship, you have to decide which University you have to go to because there are 49 Universities that you have to participate in and you have to see what is the code number of your course ? When you add it, you have to write its code number here and then put its details here like what is the name of your course? What is type of study ? What is the level of study? And what is field of study? After putting all these, you will save it and if you have any objectives then you will put those also in it. If your studies are based on research, then you can put the details of your research proposal here. But if you are going for the simplest then you can mark it as not applicable and save it for later. I did not put the introduction here so I am not saving it.
Academic Qualifications
I am moving ahead to the qualification section. What qualifications did you have before this? What was your level of study ? Would you add to this what was your level of study? What was the name of your institution? What were your qualifications? Also what was your country? And what was your province? In this you can also add your city. What was the Language of Instruction (MOI)? Medium of instruction means in which language were you taught? What is your status now? If you have completed it then you will write complete. It is pending. That means, there are some students that even if they are in 7th or 8th semester, they can still apply. So you will write pending here. Otherwise you will proceed ahead after completing it. After this, you have to put whatever further information you have here.
English Language Proficiency
Your English language details are such that if you have done Aaya ILS or TOEFL or you want to do it further then you will put the details of it. Here you will put all your English language details here. If I talk about myself then I just said, Is English your first language obviously not because we live in Pakistan so ours would be Urdu, it was English. The language of your highest level of study. That means, your MOI from where you were studying was English. Yes obviously you have taken one of the following tests. That means, I did not give any merit test like IES, TOEFL or PT. I am expecting that I will give the IAS test and you can put the details of when I will give it here, rather you can put the dates here.
Computer Literacy and Training
Then you have computer literacy details that if you have any information related to computer or you have taken any computer training then you can put it here. Look at the window are you computer literate? You know how to use a computer. Yes how regularly do you use a PC daily weekly monthly ok usually you will put this here. If you have any skills or experience, word processing software comes in the checklist. If you know spreadsheets or email software then you can put them here and proceed further. Then we have a next section coming up, Computer Training Details, where you can tell that if you have taken any computer training or have done any course, then you can put it here.
That is, what kind of organization you had and what type of sector it was. Sorry, these computer training details were in the previous section. That means you will tell here what was your course name? When was your starting date? I did not do end date when so I did not do not applicable also. Otherwise if it is not applicable then what kind of window will it show you? You will add here and by putting all your things here you will be able to open the next section.
Employment History
Then you have to give the information regarding your current employment where you are working. Previous Employment: You have to give information regarding the place where you were working previously. You have to put your answers in the supporting statement.
Supporting Statement and Development Themes
Well let me give you a tip that if the deadline is 30th then try to apply for it some time earlier because it takes some time to apply. Father, in the section that is open for us, you have to give your reasons as to why you chose this course or this institution. Then how will the proposed study contribute to your career? That is, what role can your studies play in your career ? How have you contributed to solving a challenge and implementing stage? That is, what role can you play through your studies ? You have to be very specific in this. You have to tell it as per your leadership knowledge. Do you want to mention your skills or whether you have taken any training?
Whatever information is asked from you, you will put it in it. Please indicate one development theme that is most relevant to your application. You have to see among these which is your theme which is most relevant to your application. In which you have disability, economic growth, education , environment, food, health and infrastructure. Anything out of this is relevant to your application. So you can do it in this tag.
Legal and Disability Disclosure
Do you really have any connection or relationship? No. Are you subject to any criminal and civil proceedings? No. That means if you have any ongoing case, any proceedings going on in the court, if you have any criminal record, you will put it. Here have you ever been convicted of an offence in any country? If any kind of charge is levied on you, you can put it here. No do you identify yourself as having a disability? If you have any disability, physical, intellectual or of any kind, you can put it here.
Professional Memberships
Then the next part will be your professional membership in which you have to tell that if you have any membership here, then with which organization ? What was your highest position held like? When was the starting date and when is the ending date? This is what you will put. Otherwise if it is not applicable then you will move to the next section.
Awareness of Scholarship
Our next section is Zee Communication. Where Did You First Learn of the Australian Awards Scholarship in Communication? That is, where did you first hear about this scholarship? I heard it from some website. Whatever you have heard from a friend, colleague , radio, TV, workplace or anywhere, you can put it here. The options you have are given further.
Document Submission Requirements
Last thing we have is that you have to attach the documents with you and I will tell you which documents have been required from you. A checklist is given here. First of all you have to submit your citizen proof. That means your passport will be used in it. After that you have to submit certified copies of your academic transcript. From where you had your MOE English, after that you have to give tested copies of all your degrees, IES Offil or PTE or any English test, if you want to see your university, if the university is requiring arts etc. from you then you will give IES, if the university is asking you to give them the proficiency letter from your university or college, then you will attach that along with the referee reports, that is, you will also need recommendation letters in this. So you have to put the details of those who have referred you in it so that they can get further information from them. If you have any publications then you will put it in this and this is only for those who are going for research programmes. Your CV will be required and other documents may be required by you. It depends on which country you are travelling from. So you will put further in it.
Final Declaration and Submission
Last but not the least declaration, in the declaration you have to mention that the information that you have given is obviously absolutely correct. You can read it once. I declare and submitting the application from where the information contained in it and provided connection with it is true and correct. That means whatever advice you have given, you have to acknowledge that it is absolutely correct. This was your last point, after this you will submit it. Well here you are seeing the checklist, on some there is a cross, on some there is a tick.
